Product Detail
Hammer Union SealsĀ are used in hammer union-style pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage. It is widely used in the oil & gas industry.Ā
The hammer connector for high-pressure equipment has a replaceable lip seal in the female connector. It provides critical fluid tight connections within the union hardware.
Our hammer union seals ring are available in a range of configurations and materials to match the specific performance requirements of your demanding operating environments.
Materials available include NBR, HNBR, Viton. In addition to the standard molded rubber seals, anti-extrusion rings can be reinforced inĀ Stainless Steel Hammer Union Seals.
This type is particularly suitable for abrasive high pressure (15000 psi) hammer unions that do not require welded connections. This design provides a strong, permanent end connection without butt welding. The end of the joint is assembled to the pipe in the workshop. Epoxy thread compound is used for fixed connections. Since all threads are isolated from the fluid line, the resulting smooth holes ensure minimum turbulence, reduce flushing and reduce the accumulation of acid, sand, cement or chemicals around the pipe end.
Recommended service: Cementing, fracturing, acidizing, testing, and choke-and-kill lines.
JST manufacturersĀ Inner and Outer BOP SealsĀ as per customer requirements. These seals are used in various type of BOP.
JST offers inner and outer wireline valve seal in Nitrile, HNBR, and NBR.
