Henghua Jin

Dr. Henghua Jin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SCF, a position he assumed in early 2025. Prior to joining SCF, he spent more than 12 years at Schlumberger within the Completions product line, where he gained extensive expertise in downhole sealing technologies. While focusing on elastomeric material development, physics-based modeling, design, manufacturing, and qualification testing, Dr. Jin also guided a team of top technical experts to advance SLB’s sealing technologies for Completion applications.
